We offer 15-day returns from the date of delivery for most items (see exceptions below). Your satisfaction matters as much as proper chain tension, so we’ve made the process as smooth as a freshly tuned drivetrain.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Return (within 15 days of delivery):

    • Our NYC-based team will respond within 24 hours (faster than most shops can true a wheel!)
    • We’ll provide return instructions and any needed labels

    • For tools and bike parts, ensure all pieces are included
  4. Ship It Back:

Refund Details

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: 3-5 business days to process
  • Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Amount: Full item cost minus original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)

Non-Returnable Items

Like some bike components that can’t be uninstalled once used, these items can’t be returned:

Exchange Policy

Need a different size crankset or mountain bike component? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. We’ll:

Damaged or Wrong Items?
