How long does delivery take?

We offer two shipping options tailored for cyclists:

  • Express Delivery: 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95 flat rate worldwide)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS (free on orders over $50)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide except to remote areas and some Asian countries (due to customs restrictions). If you’re unsure, email us at [email protected] with your location and we’ll check immediately.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Both shipping methods include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. For Express orders, use DHL/FedEx’s website. For Free Shipping, track via EMS.

Products & Sizing

How do I choose the right crank arm length?

As fellow riders, we know sizing is crucial. Here’s our mechanic-approved guide:

  • 165mm: Riders under 5’4″ (160cm)
  • 170mm: Riders 5’4″-5’10” (160-178cm)
  • 175mm: Riders over 5’10” (178cm+)

Are your gravel bikes complete builds or framesets?

Our gravel bikes come as complete builds ready to ride (just add pedals!). We carefully select components that balance performance and value – the same builds we’d put together for our NYC shop customers.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for uninstalled, unused items. Just email [email protected] with your order number. Note: For safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on installed parts or opened sealant/tubes.

The housing isn’t the color I expected – can I exchange?

We get it – aesthetics matter! Email us within 15 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a color exchange (you’ll just cover return shipping). Pro tip: Check our Instagram @BikeFixTools for true-to-life product color videos.

Payments & Accounts

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are securely processed – we never see your full card details.

Can I change my order after payment?

Email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped (within 24 hours on weekdays), we can usually make changes. We move fast though – like you would when chasing a KOM!
